The feel of the place was perfect for our small wedding and 'The Stables' is the kind of place you can either do up and go all out or keep rustic and sweet. We had our whole wedding day there and everything was just perfect. Jannica is so lovely and helpful. She made it all so easy for us and was able to create something that was even better than we had imagined. Anything we wanted on the day was done instantly. “We celebrated our wedding at the Crown And Thistle at the end of October and it was truly a day that exceeded our expectations. We were particularly impressed by how all members of staff on the day seemed to go above and beyond to make it feel special and genuinely seemed to care that we felt as relaxed as possible: from the lady in the restaurant who made sure I had breakfast despite being in a rush, to the lady at the hotel reception who helped my Mum sort everything in my room whilst I was getting my hair done, to the woman who helped set up the table and the fantastic bar man who was so friendly, funny (and fast at serving drinks). We left the day feeling as if they were all friends and can't thank them enough
